No matter your individual circumstances, my aim is make the practice of yoga accessible to you. I teach in an orderly, systematic and relatable way so that your practice is safe and engaging.
Anyone can practice yoga. All you need is an open heart and an open mind.
I have been teaching for almost 20 years in the Iyengar method, certified at Level 2.
Practice is the priority at Natalie Murphy Yoga. You can practice with me online or in person in and around inner Melbourne.

At Natalie Murphy Yoga we practice Iyengar yoga. Iyengar yoga is a safe, fun type of yoga that can be very absorbing and very satisfying.
It is the result of the life work of BKS Iyengar, a man who dedicated himself to yoga over 7 decades.
Iyengar yoga is practiced worldwide to very high standards and places emphasis on good technique and learning through practice.

Children love to move. They are naturally attracted to Yoga which is dynamic, but it also teaches how to relax too. Both things are very important to learn. Contact me to learn more about the yoga in schools programme.
